Should I have let this one go?

The guy in this hand just sat down at the table, so I had no reads on him, but based on the preflop action I thought he had an overpair to the board. I was right. He did have a pair higher than the board, but it was also higher than my pair. Would you lay this down?

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with [Qh], [Qs]. SB posts a blind of $0.25. MP3 posts a blind of $0.50. CO posts a blind of $0.50.
1 fold, UTG+1 calls $0.50, UTG+2 calls $0.50, Hero raises to $3, 2 folds, CO (poster) calls $2.50, 3 folds, UTG+1 folds, UTG+2 calls $2.50.

Flop: ($10.75) [6c], [6d], [4s] (3 players)
UTG+2 checks, Hero bets $10, CO calls $47 (All-In), UTG+2 folds, Hero calls $37.

Turn: ($104.75) [4c] (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: ($104.75) [8h] (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: $104.75

Results in white below:
Hero has Qh Qs (two pair, queens and sixes).
CO has Ks Kc (two pair, kings and sixes).
Outcome: CO wins $104.75.

I would have folded. Ironically, we just discussed this same situation...

I think his situation is a little diffrent than my post in that the villan just called his raise (which was a very stupid move in my opinion with several people still to act).

In my hand the villan reraised my raise so his KK/AA hand was a lot easier to define.

In this instance...I don't know if it is as clear of a fold.
