I feel I am losing so much value on the river in these situations. Do you bet or check it down?

On a side note, I must have been getting tons of respect for that guy not to push his QQ as he had a 7.00 post flop aggression.

Anybody who can check three times with a hand that can beat you ... that's rare. I bet for value.

After the River check, I'm pouncing (at least 2/3 pot) for several reasons:

1) That's incredibly weak and shows fear of the K to me.
2) I think you are ahead in the hand.
3) I try to nab up pots that noone seems to want (like this one).
