Bad turn call after being raised allin with top two

Postby tetsuo » Thu Jul 28, 2005 5:59 pm

Unraised pot, a small bet and then a call by the opponent on a no-flush-draw flop, big raise on the turn.. Jeez, I should have figured him for a set of threes at least and dumped.

Does anyone sane hold onto top two pair on the turn here?

This is a very tough fold but there is nothing really else he could have but a set. I can't blame you too much on this but I don't see someone having much else on that board and I doubt he plays a draw like that.

i don't think I'd call the allin as he has called your check raise and now reraised you huge. Unless you have a read on him as a maniac, I look for an easier spot.

I want to fight weakness not strength.
