You be way too weak on the turn. You gave him 3.5:1 on his call. I'm betting at least 20 on the turn. River is a tough call.

you raised pre-flop, fine, but then you check call the flop. You get no information on your opponent.

Then you hit your hand, and bet. That's cool, but I think you should bet more. Then the king hits. Why not check raise the turn? He may make a play at the pot and you can put him to a decision, not letting him put you to one

I think you call but I wouldn't be surprised to see a full house here. Maybe he flopped a set but more likely KQ.

well, you gave him bad odds to chase if he had 2 pair but if he had a set, you gave him great odds to chase. Being that you called the river bet (if he would know you would), calling $12 on the turn isn't that bad.
