Anyways, after taking a long break from poker, I decided that I wanted to play again. Although I am currently very low on extra funds and short on time, I stumbled upon www.pokerstrategy.com and within a few days I had a Full Tilt account with $50 in it! So off I go to the $10 micro-limit tables (as opposed to short-buying into a $1/$2 PLO game), willing to stay within my limits and hopefully grind my way up the ladder. I plan on playing 3-4 tables at a time, but this first session I only played 3, since there was only $50 in my account, I didn't want to put 80% of my roll onto the tables at once.
Here are some hands from my first session. I'm always open to criticism, I know my game needs improvement, especially if I plan on moving up levels at some point...
Kings are fun to play by themselves, but flopping top set and getting raised is oh so sweeet! I had the board so killed and there weren't a lot of draws out there so I just called the raise, trying to entice the other player to call as well. I thought that was the right play?

In this hand I flopped top pair and was check-raised. I probably should have folded the flop, but didn't. Looking back, I think that is where I mis-played this hand. Then I hit the turn and ended up calling another bet, but I think I made the right fold on the river.

I was just about ready to end my session when this happened. After villian raised the flop I put him on something like Kx-KQ. He had a large stack and I thought the best way to get it all in was the check-raise the turn, and it worked. I was just surprised to see what he was holding.
