You got to love this. Short and sweet. Live game.

I was short stacked ($80) with AJs MP. BB raised, I called MP3 re-raised, BB all in, UTG mucked and I called allin.

BB - AK
me - AJ
MP3 - AQ
UTG - AJ (Mucked)

The board was

WOW - all the aces and all the jacks.

You should have folded that preflop....you had to know you were behind.

but luckily it worked out....how did you know what UTG had if he mucked?

I was a live game and he said that he mucked it. I beleive him. I was short stacked - $200 buyin. I fiugred I was behind and if i had more I would have mucked as I should have.

I got very lucky. Luck is short term and causes large flux in your bankroll. Solid play is better long term.

I was 26% favorite to win and my pot odds were about 3-1 with the dead money.

how do you all have an ace and the board has an ace too? Also, I wouldn't even call the first raise with AJ and I wouldn't be playing short stacked. However, If you raised all in instead of initially calling the raise, I can understand that.
