Curious as to how you guys would play this? Also thoughts on this line?

No reads, new to the table villain is sitting with over 300 BB's I'm in the SB with .

Villain opens from CO to 3.5 I call (I will mix in 3 betting with this but usually prefer a read) and BB calls. *Note pot sizes do not take the rake into account*

Flop: Pot $10 I lead for 9, BB folds and CO calls.

Turn: Pot $28 I lead again for 20 CO calls.

River: Pot $68 I lead for $35....

My plan on the river was to bet/fold. Obv with him flatting me on every street I have no clue as to what his hand is, but he hasn't shown any resistance so far either.

Thoughts, suggestions, comments, etc.

i like bet/fold better than check/call or check/fold

he could easily be slowplaying QQ, KK or AA...thank being said...he could also be trying to make a calldown with JJ, TT, AK, AQ and some other random crap.

only other line i could see (assuming we dont 3-bet PF) would be to C/R the flop

This is a pretty standard spot to 3-bet pre, but I think you already know that. I would actually prefer a read to NOT 3-bet this than need a read TO 3-bet this.

Anyway, I dig your line. I don't think you get bluffed on the river very often given the odds he would be offering you and the fact that you could easily have a flush/boat here too. Yet I think a hand like KQ still looks you up.

Hmm....Im 50 / 50 on whether or not I bet this river. Theres no way YOU have a flush but he could easily have one. If villain is pretty decent, he might shove this river with his entire range.

I think I probably wuss out and check / call. If I bet, I bet a bit more so he thinks Im committed and cant bluff

People dont normally lead into a preflop raiser full pot with a flush draw. The ones that do, dont normally fire again on the turn without hitting the draw.

On the other hand, the preflop raiser is calling you down and it does look like he could be on the flush draw. Maybe [Jd] or something like that.
