I really think that the player with [Ac][Jc] played his hand extremely poorly.

He raises before the flop and then checks the flop with no real outs to win. I would prefer to fire again on the flop, but if he doesn't want to do that against these 3 callers, that's fine; he should be pressing that virtual check/fold button in his mind. But then again, I probably would have limped the AJ in the first place.

Next, he thinks he's picked up outs when he calls a pot-sized bet with one to come with a flush draw. What is he putting you on at this point? The answer is he's not bothering to put you on anything, he's too busy paying too much for the flush draw that he thinks is good. Obviously if he considers the strong possibility that you have a full house already or that at least two of his club outs are no good, there's no way he calls that.

He then makes a hand that has enormous reverse implied odds for him and value bets as last to act on the river when the only possible hand that he beats than can pay him off is trip 3's.

I think that is what I call making a mistake on every street....and I wonder why I can't make money when I'm down there?!

Well played, droqqa, though, just check-raise the river next time. :)
