This happened this afternoon on Party. I thought straight away about the hand I think Rhound posted. I have no read on this player as he was only been with us for 16 hands. He had been a little loose to this point but I figure there is no read worth having in 16 hands. About 4 hands earlier I had pushed him off a hand with a near identical flop when I had TT, whether that means anything or not I have no clue.

To be perfectly honest I could not see any sense in this hand other than my 3xBB raise did not rule out any set from the BB. I went weak, thoughts?

I'm thinking two pair or a pair and a straight draw that he is trying to protect. If you were winning...you had to dodge a lot of outs. I like the fold.

i want to call this one pretty fast, especially w/ the extra straight outs. why would he lead out w/ such a big turn bet w/ a set? the 8 can't help you. i would put him on 66 or like TT/JJ and he just decided it was going in anyway eventually and decided to go for some fold equity.

I dont think I could fold that.

Confession time. I was stuck near 50/50 on whether to call or fold. This hand was on my final orbit having just freed the $100 Party reload so I figured I could let this one go.

I think it worth mentioning that in narrowing down potential hands you have to add in the "Party Poker Sickness Factor", which prob meant he had 88 and wet his pants.

I fold this one because I just don't know what he has. I don't like calling an allin from nowhere without some idea of what he has when all i have is an overpair.

Question.... would this have been just as hard of a fold if you had 99 or 1010? It's always harder to fold aces
