How is my flop line? I didn't want to be the flop because I thought he might smooth with 77-99 and I get pwn3d on the turn.

I'd just bet the flop.

If he's capable of bluff-raising the turn then I wouldn't lead. If he isn't then I would.

he's a $100 reg - I assume bluff raises are unusual but that he would fire at a check with most of his range..

I don't mind a check call if it's with the intention of donk betting the turn, but that's really just a delayed check-raise..
