So I got this douchenozzle on my table... He's like 18/15 and I noticed at least a few times that he had 3bet me... Wasn't sure if he had a good run of cards or if he was getting sick of me raising so much or what... Unfortunately, every time I had like a semi-crappy hand or whatever and never saw his cards... Sometimes he did it to me as a squeeze, sometimes I would raise CO and he would 3bet button... Then, I saw him play this hand...

His 3bets are always really big, like $9+... Also, were always 200bbish deep...

So now what???

play more with comicbook and less with this TAG.

1) change seats
2) if you can't do that, just tighten up and open fewer pots

Well, back to the range discussion, first, I'm guessing this is a different site than Stars.

Secondly, on whatever site, as soon as you get this "3-betting frequently" read, then everything changes. You obviously don't get to see hole cards, but if they're 3-betting like every second orbit, they're not doing it with big hands.

I really think the way to go is to push KK+, AK and AXs as soon as you have that read. My point is simply (after losing probably 4 stacks with AK and every single time running into a big hand) that YOU MUST HAVE THAT READ before pushing it.

And I also don't have a problem with contrary assumptions on different sites at different levels. From what TR says, it's fairly uncommon at the 1/2. I do know I ran into the loose raises specifically from 2 players at the .50/1 on Stars, hence got encouraged to push AK at the 50s--and ended up behind to AA/KK 3 times that I can recall and losing to QQ once. Those are the only hands I've seen turned over at the 50s following a big re-raise from a full stack.
