Loose table. Villain is very loose and not too aggressive, he has about $22 and I have him covered.

Flop bet isn't much to discuss. When the J hits on the turn I pick up another 4 outs, or so I think at the time, now I realise that it's only 3 since the [Th]

is counted already. Well, 12 nut outs, 6 outs for over-cards. I don't want to check/call or bet and have to check/fold the river, and the pot is almost big enough for an all-in not to be a huge over bet.

Right or wrong?

Would you make that same all in with AA? I dont think so. If he has AQ, KQ, QJ or a set, hes calling you.
