I'm sure he would 3-bet TT+, so I rule out any of the sets.

Would he 3-bet AQ or AJ? Possibly. I think his range is AJ, two pair, and a pair plus OESD hands like JT, QJ, etc...

i don't have PokerStove here at work, so I have no idea what AK is against that range.
