Loose table, villain has $19 I have him covered. I have no read on him. Preflop raiser is a muppet who raises 30% of his hands.

That's a tough hand man, I likely would have played it the same, maybe folding on the river. Ideally you could've raised harder off the flop, but hindsight is 20-20. I'm surprised he called your flop-raise actually, you were giving him fairly crappy odds on hitting the queen or 7, but I guess he wasn't scared off enough.

On the turn, I would at least reraise his reraise. If not all in, I'm still leading out with the set and wanting to make any medium hand feel the pressure so a cheaper show down is possible.

Or just go all in on the turn. didn't work here, but that' how I'd play it.
