Get a Mac if you want to be restricted to certain sites and unable to run most of poker software (the op sys has always been wonderful, though, and the whoel feel of it is a billion times better than any WIndows PC).

I've got a year old Dell laptop similar to the one you've specced - go. Next question.

Got simulair dell 2. I have a 19 inch screen which with the resolution is a must with my eye-sight.
