Went to SD and won at SD have very little to do with VPIP and PFR in my noob opinion.

Like, if you're raising more or widening your range from LP then yeah, your VPIP/PFR will go up but this won't affect your W@SD and WTSD %. It's your post flop aggression that will change these two stats. Like, if you're Cbetting more, or check raising the flop on a bluff, that's where your WTSD % will change, as you will be getting players to fold out hands.

my wwsf has been about 45, which is like 10% higher than it used to be.

ran good today, won 4.5 stacks at 50nl. gonna play for a few more weeks to try and get the feel of postflop play as a more aggro player, then hopefully move up and ream the donkeys at 100nl.
