had a really difficult session. bout an hour and a half long but i lost 3/4 all-in equity flips and kept running straights into runner runner flushes etc. but i somehow managed to grind out a $40 win. so no bitchin.

First of all - best journal title ever.

Second, post the 'more detail' part of your PT stats and you can get better analysis. Same goes for the 'Positions' tab.

That said, your stats indicate that you are running ridiculously hot.

Also you should be more aggressive on the turn/river. You could also stand to loosen up a little, but probably shouldn't try this until you up the aggression.
