Cutoff raises $3.50. I call in the SB with [Kh]. Sometimes I reraise here, sometimes I dont.

Pot $8. Flop [Kh][8d]. I lead $6. He calls.
Pot $20. Turn . I check. He bets $12 ...I call.
Pot $44. River . I lead $22. Thoughts?
