This hand came up during our monthly "Family Micro-Stakes-Poker".
It led afterwards to some discussions between players as to the way the hand was played. I'd like to have the insight of more experienced players on this hand. Thanks.

We play NL Hold'em, 0.02€ BB (6 handed), with 2€ stacks.

Hero (UTG+1) has about 3€, villain (UTG) has a bit more. Other players have 2€ or less.
The table plays a loose-agressive style, with frequent bluffs and .
Villain is perhaps a bit tighter than average, but sometimes raises with marginal hands.

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with , .
UTG raises to 0.07€, Hero calls, 4 folds

Flop: (0.17€) , , [color=#0000FF](2 players)
UTG bets 0.15€, What should Hero do ?

In real, Hero called 0.15€. Turn came and was checked-checked. River came and was checked-checked.
Villain turned [Jh] and won the pot (0.47€) with As high.

Fold preflop.

Raise or fold the flop, depending on the player. Most people at microstakes simply cannot bring themselves to bet when they flop trips in a headsup pot. But they're usually very willing to believe that you have it. Once he throws out a standard CB on that flop, unless I think my opponent is pretty good (in which case I fold the flop), I'm looking to take the pot away from him.

A flop call is awful because you're only going to win a big pot if he does have a K, in which case half of your outs are suspect, since AK is a huge part of his range here.

Passive poker loses money. All you did was call, call, check, and check. Ick.
