Common spot I wanna CR vs. Unknown (NL$100)

2nd hand at the table, full stacks.

1. Folds around to me in the SB, I raise [9d] to $4 and BB calls.

2. Flop [Ts][4h], pot $8. I lead $6.50 and BB calls.

3. Turn , pot $21. I check and BB checks behind.

4. River , pot $21. I check, SB bets $12, I check raise to $44.

Is this good vs an unknown? Those of you who play at higher stakes, with what frequency do you guys pull bluffs like this?
