[8s] < [8h] all-in vs shortie on [8c][6h] flop. I double him up.
Then 2 hands later:
[Ah] < [Qh] all-in preflop. I double up the same guy again with MY OWN MONEY!

Other table, guy is running 58/22 26 WTSD and just tearing me apart:
- [6d] < whatever trash he had on [9h][5d][Jh][5c] board.
I bet pot from BB on flop, called.
I bet 1/2 pot turn, min-raised.
I check/folded to all-in on river.

- Again from BB in limped pot, checked flop, I turn OESD+OC w/ [Ts] on [Qh][8d][Js] board. I hit on river. He has [5c] and turned 2 pair.

- He raises UTG, I call from OTB w/ [Jd]
[5d][9d] - He bets 1/2 pot and I just call instead of raise because I know he's not folding and will probably still pay off a flush.
- he bets $1, I call getting 6 to 1
- he checks, I check thinking A-hi might be good.
He shows [2d]. I saved myself from getting stacked by a pair of 2's by not raising.

HOWEVER...........

This is what happens on another table when I mis-click because the table popped up at the wrong time. So I limp T5o UTG instead of folding and win my biggest pot of the afternoon. I'm sure this confused the shit out of everyone where I'd been playing a 15/8 game over 80+ hands. Figured I might as well take a shot with it on the flop with only a new poster in the pot with the blinds and sucked out on the turn.

The person who invented Razz must have been a miserable human being. Once again, it's my bane in the HORSE tourny. Funny how I'm playing it mostly as a learning tool for other games, yet it gives me the greatest frustration. I usually just try to stay out of the way as much as I can during Razz, but not when you're the damn bring in 5x in a row when the bring in is 300 and you have a 5K stack.

So then I finally catch a hand and raise with 364 and get re-raised by a 2 showing. We get all-in before 4th street and he has A2 in the hole. I'm in great shape to double up and even better, beat the bubble.

Finally upgraded to a 20" monitor and life is so different. Was hoping for no overlap so I could finally see when I play 3 tables, but I found out that I need to upgrade my video card in order to be able to use the optimal resolution so I'm still playing with a little bit of overlap although not nearly as bad as before. $75 - $250 for a video card....not this month. Maybe for X-mas.

Continue to run/play like shit in tournaments for most of November. I don't know, you decide. Opponent had been playing very loose aggressive with his big stack since moving to the table. He made a horrible preflop call, caught the right card, and I stacked off like an idiot. If I have AK or if he hits the case Jack he's the idiot. I just figured that if he called with a K (other than AK) preflop it was pretty bad and with AK he woulda raised so I gave him too much credit. Maybe I shoulda just called with no draw out there, but I usually want to end hands early in tournaments without a monster.

It would pretty much take a miracle at this point for me to finish November in profit tournament wise, but the cash games pulled me out of it with 2 HUGE flops tonight. Convinced myself to play at least 500 hands tonight, but quit right after I got knocked out with that JJ hand and took the profit after only 200 hands. Quality or quantity?

Started out flopping top set w/ QQ vs KK in a preflop raised and re-raised pot vs an aggressive player who just shut down on a QJx flop and refused to put another penny in the pot. Then flopped top set of Kings and lost to a flush on the turn. Small sample but -$17.05 in 13 sets since 11/11. Also got a guy to push a short stack with QJo on a 9A9K board when I checked the flop. My genius play was rewarded with the T on the river.

Then the good stuff. GOD I feel smart when this stuff works.
#1 - Opponent had only played about 20 hands. No real read, not a maniac, but had already raised and shown difficulty folding in first 2 orbits. Made it look like draw, no? And got him to stack off with a pair of Tens where as if I waited for the K on the turn, he might not have.

Somebody said that flopping a set is the best feeling, but I disagree. Getting them to dump off a full stack in a not too big pot drawing dead to nearly dead is the best to me.

I've pretty much given up on catching my Sklansky line before the end of the month, but hey, it's still a winning cash game month so could be worse. Due to tournament losses though, I could preserve a small win for the month if I stop now, but fuck it even though I know how pissed I'll be if I end the month down after being up at least a little every day since 11/1.

Great start to the month. -2.5 stacks in first 500 hands today. It's probably gonna cost me $500 to get that $500 Full Tilt bonus.

Just put in my 1st 1K hand day ever! 1040 to be exact. Was down just about 4 stacks too until the last 200 hands or so where I made a 3 stack comeback. Before that, it seemed like no hand was good, not even the nuts. But once I got multiple players all-in drawing dead things turned around a bit.
