If you have the self-discipline to quit, but not enough self-discipline to continue to play well, then quit. Obv if the reverse, then keep playing.

Some of us are crazy obsessive people and have a hard time quitting for a number of reasons. I think we need a little sensor that says "this time I should go with my obsession because I'm still playing well" or "Screw it, time to go obsess about something else because I'm on tilt."

I dont know if its good, bad or ugly...but I do the same thing....well I used to when I was playing alot more than I do now.
