Is it just me or are the games very soft this weekend? I have never seen anything like this.

1. Bad player (225) miniraises. Two callers. I make a big reraise with AA. Only the raiser calls. Flop is 554. I bet, he calls. Turn is a T. I put him in. He calls with QJo. No pair, no draw, $470 pot. Happy birthday kalle!!

2. I (380) raise with QQ. Only tilting player (540) calls. Flop is T33 with two spades. I bet pot, he raises pot, I push, he instacalls with T8o. $759 pot

3. Three limpers and I call in SB with 98. Flop is [Jd][Td]. I bet pot, loose bad player (140) miniraises, I push. He calls with [5d]. Not a great play by him, but at least he had more than 2 outs. $290 pot.

Perhaps this post makes it sound like it's impossible not to win at this limit. That's not the case. Today has just been very strange.

Saturdays seem to always be like that.

1 limper...I raise with AK. He calls. Flop A43. He checks, I bet pot..he check raises all in. I call. He has QQ.

The one difference is that I cant catch a break the last 3 weeks and he hits another Q.

In terms of Buy ins, how much?? I am analizing stats for a variance study....

Ive been on a 3 week streak of bad beats similar to this one where I was about a 12-1 fav. I just finished a streak of 4000 hands where I hit 2 sets. (3400 w/o any sets)

During this time, Ive still managed to come out ahead, but not by much.

The worst point was a 6 buy in losing streak which is my 2nd longest ever and my longest on about 2 years.

I did win the last 4 days so Im coming out of it, but with hands like these theres no way Im going to win very much.

Glad to hear you're having a good Saturday Kalle. Saturdays can get pretty crazy though especially when:

Hand 1: He calls the big re-raise with the 56o that he min-raised with, you lose.
Hand 2: He calls the raise with A3, you lose.
Hand 3: He hits a diamond, you lose.

Gotta love THOSE Saturdays.
