Villain is like 20/7 or something over a very small sample.

1. Villain limps UTG+1, I raise to $5 from the CO with [Qs], folds to villain who calls.

2. Flop [6c][3h], pot $11. Villain checks and I bet $9. Villain check-raises to $18.

What's my plan?

So many turns suck here it's ridiculous.

A miniraise could mean a set obv but most of the time its just top pair or a low to medium pp or something totally random. Villian is 20/7, limp/called utg, and miniraised the flop...i think its safe to assume hes gonna stack off with a 9 or whatever here.

This is close because the limp call by a reasonably tight player is often a small PP. I think in position I would mostly call and re-evaluate turn. OOP I would be more apt to shove. I shoved (OOP) over a min-raise with QQ today actually. Villain folded.
