His range i guess is: KQ,44,AQ,AJ, QJ, or a made flush. Against KQ I am about even money. I am about 33% to a set. About even money aginst AJ and QJ I am about 33% againt. So altogether my equity is in the 40% range.

So is this push or fold?

Nobody even considers a flat call here? You have the so for all he knows you have the stone cold nuts (unless he has the you could very well have AKs here), and he should consider slowing down on a blank turn even with 44 (depending on how aggro he is). If he does have the then he should also slow down on any turn unless he flopped the flush himself, in which case you would be hating life if you had shoved. Also if he has the bare you have a good chance to take a bunch if the 4th flush card hits. You're in position and have a reasonable chance to get to see the river for free. Any T can make you a bunch of money against 44.

Well Kent I took your line. I flat called. The turn was the . Then he potted it again at me. I dropped it faster than 5th Period French.

I don't think this is as simple as Push or Fold, really. Since this is in a vacuum and you know nothing about your opponent I am more likely to play it aggressively unless something tells me otherwise. Remember, he knows nothing about you either. This is the reason we like to play pots in position.

Here I'm raising to $35 or so and either calling a push or planning on getting it all in on the turn.

I think the next best option is to call and try to peel off one of your cards on the turn. In the case you hit an A or K you are pretty much going all the way with this pot on the turn. When you don't, you can at least see what villain does and re-evaluate.

I'm not folding this on the flop.
