Who thinks these are +EV calls vs a shortstacker?

#1) Folds to me in the SB. I open push $200. No history. You call in the BB with [6s]

#2) You raise $26 UTG with [7h]. OK, you probably wouldnt do that but this guy underraises all the time. I cant figure him out. I call as does a blind. I have LOTS of hands with this guy so he may have a read on me. Hes break even after 3000 hands I have on him.

Pot $88 Flop [6h][8d]. Checked around.
Turn . BB checks, you bet $36. I raise all in. BB folds. Its $140 to you. +EV call?

#3) You raise $30 in the cutoff with [Tc]. I call on the button (I have $285). SB calls also.
Pot $100. Flop [9c][6c]. BB checks, you bet $70. I raise all in. Its $185 to you. +EV to call? No history between us but we've played together a bit.

2) This guy is one of only 2-3 regs who constantly outplay me. Dont get me wrong, I know alot of them are better than me if I had a full stack, but the skill advantage is taken away by my short stack. This guy outplays me because he makes these weak raise and bets all the time and I have no idea what to put him on. He makes the same weak bets when hes heads up with full stackers. A $27 preflop raise and then a $14-$32 flop bet into a $65 pot is standard for him. He really irks me.

3) Note of what?

#1) I had AQ.....had him dominated and won

#2) I had [Td].....I was a 2-1 dog and missed

#3) I had [Qc].....How he called this I dont know. He had 2 outs and missed them.
