Lets assume that this could have happened at any time during his flight, basically- so what percentage of the time during the flight can this happen and NOT have it result in instadeath? I think thats pretty much confined to the times that you are either on the runway or right over it basically, during takeoff and landing...We can charitably say this is like 5% prolly.
