It seems like checking behind on the turn should be a good option. If he's behind he doesn't have that many outs (unless he has the naked in which case it is easy to fold the river to any club but which will give you his stack). Him having a flush makes total sense though since he made a weak bet and called a raise on the flop, so you might as well take a free card and try to hit one of your 4 outs. If a blank hits you could call a reasonable bet to keep him honest instead of betting the turn.

When he comes over the top on the turn you of course have to fold, but I really think you should consider checking behind next time.
