Okay... so here goes... $50SNG at UB, with the nuts playing, as always... Down to 5 people in the 20-40 blinds... From there, everyone tightens up like a drum...

Finally gets down to the dreaded bubble... I have 2500 chips, SS has about 850, one guy has 1500, BS has 10000...

I get dealt in the BB... big stack calls... folds to me... I decide I got the balls to steal... So I raise to 600 (blinds 100-200)... Of course he calls...

Flop ... Great flop for me... I push... he calls...

Turn ... River ...

Was this the right play... Or would you guys have played it more safe until one of the bubbles pop...?

3xBB raise isn't big enough if you have one limper ahead of you. I don't want a call, and not many people will fold to a 3xBB raise after they've already limped (which is dumb, but it's a fact of life, it seems). So your choices are to fold or raise to 800 or even 1000. But in this situation, I think I toss them. On the bubble, I won't play AJ unless I'm the first into the pot, and then I raise big to discourage action.
