Cake poker, I start the hand with $800 or so, villain covers by a large margin. He has been running over the table with his aggression, I have been picking off a few of his stabs at pots. He is very good for cake poker, sometimes easy to read but always keeps the pressure on.

I have been very active this orbit, raising garbage from the button then getting a string of good hands, I get [Kd] UTG and raise to $14, one caller from the SB, villain reraises to $55, I call, SB folds.

I think I made a mistake by not 4betting preflop, by the time we reach the river I cannot imagine he has a worse hand, thoughts?

I think this is okay given that you didn't 4bet preflop.

I could def see an argument for raising the flop here.

I agree with Cooper, given that you are deep stacked a 4 bet preflop is necessary.

As soon as I did not 4bet preflop I knew I had made a mistake, this is the problem with playing deep stacked with an amount of money that plays on your mind.

I'm hopeful in a few weeks playing a $1k+ pot wont be a big deal to me.
