, but CAHEKK's action is screaming like a strong made high hand such as a set or possibly top two-pair. nutsbabys is obviously going low possibly with an accompanying flush/straight draw. Since you have no low possibilities, the question is how often is your set of 5's good for the high? If you think your set is good, you need to shove to make the competing draws pay. Otherwise you need to bail. Calling is horrible. I'd probably scratch my head and fold. The downside of running into a bigger set is devastating. You'll be a healthy favorite if your set of 5's is currently best, but giving your opponents at least a couple of draws (low, flush/straight) you won't be crushing. I think the weighted average downside of running into a bigger set outweighs the times you get it all-in as a moderate favorite.
