I raise to $35 with [8h]. BB calls.

Pot $75. Flop [7h][3s]. He checks, I bet $45 and he check raises all in. Its $110 to me.

What do you think his range of hands is?

Also, when entering a range of hands in pokerstove, how do you enter something like [Ts]? I see ATs but not specifically in spades.

When entering a range you click on the hand, ie ATs, then in the bototm right uncheck all the suits except spades. Or you could enter it in manually too.

I'd say his range include a bunch of flushdraws, kings, some 7s, and some air - you should have enough equity for calling to be +EV.

Can I uncheck the suits like that and still have a hand like KQs also checked? Or will it then only be [Qs] and not the other 3 KQs hands?

PS..I did call.

I put in my estimated range and got 60/40 for him so my call was correct. He had [Tc] though.

Without knowing the player I would have said a King. The check raise obviously meant to induce a bet from someone who might be scared of the King. I would have though him stronger than a Ten kicker though. If he was known to be a LAG player I'd add the flush draw possibility too, but I wouldn't give much credit to that without a read on him.
