Table has been pretty passive PF. Lots of limping and such. Villain in MP is running around 19/14 or something like that. No other reads.
For some reason, I just complete my SB with
4 to the flop of
$8 i nthe pot and I lead $6. Only Villain calls.
Turn is.
$20 in the pot and I lead out $14.
Villain raises to $50.
What do I do now?
