you know, the theorem that when someone raises the turn it means they have at least two pair? what was that called again? it was on 2+2 a while back.

Its called the "I have a better hand than you" theorum. Its actually pretty acurate.

Baluga Theorem.

I never actually read the post where it was made but I thought it referred to when someone check-raises the turn, but I could be wrong. I kinda also get the feeling it was on dry boards but again could be wrong.
