Not much of a read on villain at this point. I haven't seen anything remarkable thus far, but only about 20 hands or so on the table. I have a $60 stack and he covers.

I'm in the CO w/ and raise to $2, villain calls in the BB.

Flop ($4.20):
BB checks, I bet $3.50, BB raises to $9.80, I call

Turn ($23.50):
BB bets the pot, I fold.

Looks good to me, maybe make it nearer the pot on the flop but he's saying two pair, set etc. With no proper read I'm folding this too.
