I just sat down so hero has no history on me, but I've been mining him, and he's
running 27/15/3 over 200 hands.

What's my play here? Fold flop? I didn't lead because a cold call on 3bet is a big sign of strength on these low limit tables. Then he only bet 1/2 pot.
