I have found that the sigh can be a tell both ways, and is up to you to decide if the person is acting or not. I have sat next to a lot of people who get all emotional when they run bad and when they miss a flop they sigh and its 100% genuine. If you hear someone sigh and then there is a bet and they are still paying attention then its almost always a strength tell.
I have read the heart rate/ breathing thing over and over and I really thinks its a crock. So many players get really excited when they have a big hand and really want to get paid off. When I flop a monster and hope to get paid off my heart rate goes up noticeably any time I am all in in a big pot my heart rate goes up.
