How should I have played this hand?

After this hand i got oversetted, lost a coinflip and managed to lose another stack chasing draws I never hit.

A little more preflop is good, but I don't think 4x vs 5x is a big deal. 4x + 1x per limper is sort of semi-standard, 4x would be normal under that rule.

That turn card sucks a whole lot. With 4 people in the pot the odds that your overpair is good are very low. Check the turn and see what they do, probably check/fold.

Your turn line is absolutely horrible...just check and pray OTB checks too. You're 95% behind on the turn with so many people in the hand and a 4 straight out there.
