Before i was checked by the gym's doctor I was doing the elliptical for 95minutes 6days a week. I lost 3.5pounds one week even without any diest. Insane. The asked that I stopped doing the same machine all days and now i am in the bikes and walking machine. Fags. The doc said i could hurt my tendons or something specially with thismuch weight. Well, i was only into losing weight as i said, but they told me that i wasnt suposed to do more than 65minutes/day at the most to avoid any chance of fatigue induced injuries. Meh.

After the insane lifting routine they put me I havent tried to go beyond the suggested 40minutes afterthe lifting. The day i am working n the legs i have to go to the bike for 25minutes after the lifting and the last time i did i thought i was going to pass out.

We'll talk in 90days...GG body fat!
