No reads on villain, other than the fact he folded last orbit when I made the same 3bet with 99.

Value bet all day every day.

I would bet the turn. You're more often to get paid off by 99 or something here than say if you check and the river comes a J/Q/K and you bet then.

You may also be able toget 2 streets of value if you bet small.

As im sure most will agree, a value bet on the river is a good idea, I bet 1/2 pot and the villain quickly shoved all in. I couldnt hit the fold button fast enough, however I was left feeling that by checking the turn, I left the door open for a heroic river bluff.

I agree my PF raise should have been $12 or so.

Can't you just bet out the flop and take it down? Or are we just trying to get to Value-Town.
