Another turn min raise

UTG min raises. About 10 hands ago I saw him do it with T9 off suit. The SB calls and I call in the BB with [5c]

[3c].

Pot $6. Flop comes [6c]

[7c][8c]. I lead $4. UTG calls and we're heads up.
Pot $14. Turn [Qc]

. I lead $8 and he insta min raises me. He has about $35 behind.

What do I do?
