BR Tourney Players, Potential Players...Need Input

Postby Pok 7's » Wed Jun 13, 2007 4:39 pm

Alright so far we've gotten off 2 Bragging Rights tourneys with some moderate success. I'm hoping we can get a few more players in if possible so I'm looking for some input here...

Few things we need to establish... Mainly the day it's held and the time. I think doing a pool might be kinda tough since we need to choose between 7 days and a ton of times .

If for nothing other than to make my life a little easier when we're discussing times we'll go off of EST. So since the goal is as many players as possible.. majority rules here.

So post up suggestions for what you guys think the best time and day of the week to have it is.

For anyone who might not know what this is about think of it as a weekly "home game" among BTPers. Once a week I set up a private tourney on Stars for any memebers who want to play, more than likely they'll all be around the $5 buy in mark. From there we all make fun of each other sometimes last longer bets are established, etc. and we donk away. Whoever wins the tourney gets to pick what the next game to be played will be... However they cannot select the same game that was just played. Tournies available are any game that Stars offers. NL, LHE PLO, HORSE, STUD, 5 Card, Triple Draw, etc.

Anyone interested make your suggestions as to a time and day. We've run the last 2 on Tuesdays nights, so fae both times i nthe 10:00 range.

Me and MK are the only west coasters to play so far, and neither one of us work cuz we're tite like that, so something after noon and before midnight ona weekday would be great. . .

I'd rather skip the weekend unless it was like a sunday morning before the big donkaments.

Be glad your opponents refuse to fold; if they didn't, you just might go broke.

Last night I stayed up late playing poker with Tarot cards. I got a full house and four people died.

oops. i meant to play and completely forgot.

I'm usually home around that time. so if it's getting close to tourney time and i'm not registered (and ya'll feel like having a donk tourney-player donate), someone should just IM me (XZephraanX) and remind me to put some cash in the game.

I wouldn't be opposed to a little earlier, but weekends don't really work for me. Tuesday is perfect. As played it is fine.
