a lot of cards can hurt you big time on the river , you got him to put some $ in the pot with what looks like a draw or a weaker j maybe, so now, if you feel confident in your hand it's time to put the pressure on him

you didn't post the actual bets and pot sizes so I'm not sure how much you would have behind if you push, what odds would he get if he was on a draw etc

If he's that LAG then you shouldn't mind CR him on the flop there, there is the possibility he had QTo or something, but by the way you described it, It seems like you're playing your hand (TPTK - monster) too lightly
