Looks like a good spot to double barrel then over bet shove the river when he checks to you to me.

Yeah, 2 barrel doesn't look bad here, he might think his TPBK is no good and throw it, if he calls on the turn, he's probably calling on the river, i'd rarely fire a 3rd barrel then.
