Depends too much on the people. If it were three geriatrics with walkers, then odds for the 1 guy are a lot better than if they're all UFC fighters or something.

given that all of the participants are 50/50 vs each other, i think the odds for the solo dude are pretty low -- 5-10% seems about right.

jaime, i certainly hope that if two people want to fight you that you'll consider running. not only that, but i hope you'll consider running even if there's only a solo challenger -- you don't necessarily know if they have friends nearby.

i personally see getting into a fight is kind of like hiring a lawyer for any sort of legal work -- no matter how much the other guy gets screwed, you're going to end up losing somehow. i more of a sun tzu type, myself.
