TT overpair vs TAG - 400NL

Postby black_knight6 » Sun May 27, 2007 1:58 am

Villian is a 17/13/3 regular.

He has 340, I cover.

[Ts][Th] UTG and raise to 16, only he calls.

Flop [5d][3h][2c], I check planning to CR, he bets pot 38, I CR to 100...he thinks for a few secs and pushes...I call.

Thoughts?

I like it. If he has 99-66 and decides to continue after your CR his only reasonable play would be to shove. Hands that hit this flop would probably let you lead the turn.
