I wouldn't vote for Gore. He's not sane. He's latched onto one issue (the wrong one!) and is riding it to its death.

I would vote a Republican ticket that consisted of Satan and Charles Manson before I would vote for any ticket with Hillary on it. Same if the Dem ticket had Obama for President (VP would be acceptable depending on who the Prez candidate was).

But I just know those idiots are going to do something... idiotic... like a Hillary/Obama ticket, and they'll lose all 50 states because of it.

It's not about who the democrats would vote for... it's about who can win. Hillary can't win. Obama can't win as Pres and probably can't as veep. But the Dems don't seem to think that way so we're in for another 4 years of Republican.

The tragedy of the whole situation is that the Republicans know all of this. They're going to wait until the Dems put the retardo-ticket together, and then they're going to nominate and ultra-conservative right-wing nutjob to the ticket, because they'll know they can win with anyone against Hillary.

If the Dems could just pull their heads out of their asses for long enough to put a ticket together that had a chance of winning, it would force the Republicans to nominate a more moderate candidate. At least under those conditions, whomever won might actually do some good for the country for a change.

WTF? Also, he's not stupid enough to run for the presidency merely on the environmental platform (look how far that got Nader ;))
