I consider myself pretty much a Republican (most of the time) and I'm actually VERY happy that I no longer have to see Fallwell's fat face on TV anymore. Saying that Republican=Fallwell is so stereotypical and wrong. I'm surprised that some self proclaimed Liberals are so quick to be so stereotypical.

I dont agree CJ, I am about as liberal as anyone on this board and nothing would make me happier than seeing the GOP completely out of power. That said I dont think the Dems are all that much better. The death of this fat hate filled POS of a man isnt going to change the balances of power in the US.
Beavis its funny that you would point out our "hate filled worlds" when discussing Fallwell. The guy was about as hateful as anyone, what happened to "judge not or yee shall be judged?" This from a guy with the title of reverend . Anyone that preaches hate is a POS in my book, using the religion as your guise makes you even worse. Is there really a difference in hate speech between Al Quida preaching the hatred of and death to Americans or Fallwell preaching hatred for anyone not white and Christian" To me its all the same the idea of religion is supposed to be self improvement and service not hatred for those different from you. This world is better place today without Jerry Fallwell as a member. .
