i open- raise to $7 in CO with [9s]

[7s]. SB calls. he's a decent regular. aggressive and a little loose and a little weird. probably capable of making serious moves but not a bluff-tard. villain has $260 and im sitting on about $550.

pot: $16

check, i bet $13, he CR's to $30.....

1. do we 3-bet?
2. if we 3-bet to $85 and he thinks and shoves, do we call?
