These aren't really noise reduction headphones, they just block out noise. There's a difference from a technical standpoint. I suppose if you really want the ultimate, you'd buy a pair of noise reduction headphones and pull out the buds as the video indicates, and then put them into noise blocking earmuffs.

Honest though, I tried a pair of noise reduction headphones, and I couldn't tell the slightest difference when the noise reduction was on. How does the noise reduction work?
